IRL Gallery is pleased to present a solo presentation of French artist Pauline Guerrier at The Armory Show 2026.

Bringing together new works in textile, weaving, straw marquetry, and drawing, the presentation reflects Guerrier’s ongoing exploration of materials, symbols, and forms of knowledge transmitted across cultures and generations. Moving freely between fine art and craft traditions, her practice draws on ancestral techniques, mythology, ritual, architecture, and the decorative arts, reworking these references through a distinctly contemporary language.

Across the presentation, materials become carriers of memory and transformation. Woven fibers, straw, fabric, and works on paper reveal processes of accumulation, repetition, and translation, connecting gestures of making with broader histories of exchange and cultural transmission.
